Was skeptical of stuff like this, but Im the type of person who gets anxious before bed( dunno why, always have) i could lay in bed for hours before falling asleep. So i needed to Try something. I dont listen to it every night anymore, but After a stressful day, I turn this on at bedtime and Im out like a light. I really focus on the words, and relaxing my body. Ive seen some bad reviews, but to each their own I guess! Works wonders for me.
