Not working

I just purchased 4 in app sessions and they are not available. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, restored and reset all to no avail. I am hoping this will be fixed quickly as the basic app and session was very good. Was looking forward to using this app and now, 12 bucks later Im out of luck. FIX IT
