I was a bit skeptic when I first tried this app because I naturally try to resist influence, but even while questioning the logic of every word, I found it easier to believe and trust and before long the effects began to sink in. Not so skeptical anymore.

My family & I have tried almost all the sleep apps but stopped after finding this one. Her voice is so soothing and the balance between her voice and the music is perfect. Ive always had trouble concentrating on breathing and meditation but using this app, I no longer fear focusing and falling into sleep. Its perfect!

I cant get it to stay on since the update, it just shuts itself down before anything. :/ hope it gets fixed counting sheep just isnt the same!

The site wont even stay up for 2seconds before crashing! I relied on this app for sleep and so I have not been able to get sleep now. PLEASE FIX THE APP BECAUSE I NEED SLEEP!!!

After the update, the app started crashing. To fix, simply delete and re download. Greatest sleep app. Her voice is so soothing. Works every time for me!

This app really works! Im able to sleep and dream peacefully. It took me a few sessions to find my special place, but it was worth the wait. Get this app it works amazingly! Kudos to the designer they have created something unique and special! I use it every night and wake refreshed and ready to go. Best thing ever! Dont listen to haters listen to me!

There are a few others that work much better.

Since latest update does not even open. Hope it can be fixed.

Ive always wanted to do hypnosis but Im really resistant to it. Also some peoples voices are irritating. THIS APP IS WONDERFUL! Worth ever penny. Really helped. Very relaxing. Love it! :D

Worked well before they updated it. Now it crashes as soon as I start it.

First one Ive found that actually works. Could be a little bit louder, but aside from that great app!

I have had this app for over a year. I have purchased so many sleep apps. Most arent very good. This one works every time. Her voice is soothing and it takes you to such a peaceful place. I am always asleep before it ends. I wish I could find more apps with her voice and whoever wrote and directed this one. Worth every penny. Happy dreams!

Ive only had this app for a couple of days now but it seriously has worked wonders on me. Im so relaxed and tired by the end of it and I fall right asleep after. I definitely recommend this to anyone who has trouble relaxing/sleeping, its a huge help!!

This is a very helpful! Love all the in-app choices. I bought weight loss too and I have lost 10 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks... I cant say enough about how calming and effective this has been! Her voice is really soothing too. Also, I contacted Kym and she was so helpful and nice. It really means a lot when a person takes the time to respond to her customers with compassion. Not worth the download. It does not work at all.

Ive had this app for over a year and I loved it. Since its longer, I would listen to it on nights where it would be more difficult for me to fall asleep. However, I cant recall of the app updated or what, but now it crashes and closes every time I open it. I thought maybe uninstalling some old apps would help, but it hasnt. Its been crashing for months now, so I had to uninstall it from my 5s. Maybe I will check on it in the future to see if it has been fixed. But for now, I give four stars.
